Since founding Trevid Construction & Roofing in 2004, David has led the company through residential, commercial, industrial, and roofing projects across South Florida, from luxury custom homes and additions to commercial build-outs. A Pompano Beach resident, he has built the company’s reputation on honest communication, realistic schedules, and quality craftsmanship.
Licensed as a Florida real estate broker since 2003, David also brings a perspective beyond construction: an understanding of property value, investment goals, and the practical realities of buying, building, and improving property. That helps homeowners, investors, and business owners make informed decisions before the first day of construction.
